In YWAM, staff positions are unpaid volunteer positions open to people who have completed a DTS or CDTS. If you are interested in a staff position, please download an application form and mail it to us.

We are currently looking for people to fill these staff positions:

  • DTS Leaders: Responsible to recruit students, line up speakers, and lead the DTS each fall. Other duties include leading the DTS outreach, organizing and leading summer mission outreaches, and pursuing speaking engagements throughout the year.
  • DTS Staff (male and female): Responsible to lead men’s and women’s small groups, and to perform other tasks as assigned.
  • CDTS Leaders: Responsible to recruit students, line up speakers, and lead the CDTS each spring. Other duties include leading the CDTS outreach and pursuing speaking engagements throughout the year. Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • CDTS Staff (male and female): Responsible to lead men’s and women’s small groups, and to perform other tasks as assigned.
  • IBC Leaders/Staff: Responsible to recruit students, line up speakers and lead the IBC, plus other tasks as assigned.
  • ESL Staff: Responsible to assist in teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Worship Leader: Can be combined with other job descriptions.
  • Food Services: Responsible to assist with meal preparation, and other duties as assigned.
  • Children’s Ministry: Responsible to provide child care, especially during CDTS, and to develop a children’s ministry.
